This is the official web site for the Disston Heights Civic Association. DHCA was formed in 1955 as a way for neighbors to come together and share their concerns about the neighborhood. DHCA provides an outlet for neighbors to become more active in handling problems such as trash, graffiti, abandoned cars, and other neighborhood nuisances. DHCA not only helps you find solutions to your neighborhood problems, it gives you an opportunity to meet your neighbors, city representatives, local politicians, and neighborhood businesses.
